Build & Barrel Co Limited handles personal information for custom builds and bar hire. Build & Barrel Liquor Limited handles personal information for drinks orders. When you enquire, we collect the contact details and project or event information you give us. We use it to reply, prepare a quote, check availability, arrange the work or hire, and follow up on your request. If you leave out information we need, we may be unable to respond, quote or confirm your arrangements. When you order drinks, we use your contact, order, address, pickup and delivery details to process the order, check eligibility, keep records and help with questions or refunds. We may ask to see photo ID at handover to verify eligibility. Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and card payments. If you give us someone else’s details, such as a delivery recipient’s name or phone number, please tell them you’re sharing those details with us and give them a copy of this policy. We use recipient details to arrange and complete handover. We share relevant information with the people and service providers who help us run the website, deliver enquiries, process payments and fulfil orders. Some providers process information outside New Zealand. We handle any overseas disclosure in line with the Privacy Act 2020. We may also share information where the law requires or permits it.
