Build & Barrel Co Limited (NZBN 9429053142610) handles custom builds and bar hire. Build & Barrel Liquor Limited (NZBN 9429053358219) handles drinks orders. Alcohol is sold under off-licence 007/OFF/223/2026, which expires on 15 July 2027. Custom builds and bar hire start with an enquiry. We’ll confirm availability, what’s included, the final price, and the payment and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. For hire, the agreed date is secured when we confirm the booking and receive the 30% deposit. Please tell us about access or setup restrictions before accepting your quote. A tap bar package includes one keg and delivery, setup and collection in greater Auckland, as confirmed in your quote. We quote hire outside Auckland separately. Take reasonable care of hire equipment while it’s in your care. You may be responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear where it results from your actions or those of people using the equipment with your permission. Before paying for drinks, check the product, pack size, quantity, delivery details and total in New Zealand dollars. A drinks order is separate from a bar hire booking and does not reserve a bar or event date. If we can’t supply an item you’ve paid for, we’ll contact you. We’ll only substitute with your agreement. If you prefer, we’ll refund the unavailable item in full. Alcohol buyers and anyone nominated to receive alcohol must be at least 18. The buyer must confirm their age and, where applicable, the recipient’s age when entering the online shop and again before completing the purchase. See Delivery for handover and ID requirements.
